Course Overview
Spend a day canoeing in the beautiful Brecon Beacons
We will look at:
Planning a safe day out on the water to develop your independence
Developing your forward stroke to help you paddle more efficiently; generating momentum, accelerating and cruising
Understanding how the wind affects your boat and adjusting your trim to allow for this
Develop your stroke repertoire to help improve your boat handling
If the wind allows, some improvised sailing
I can also tailor training to your specific needs.
