I am excited to collaborate with Matt Haydock of Rapid Development to provide 2 days of canoe coaching up north on rivers that are within an hours drive away from Penrith - we will go to places that provide the best conditions and training ground for the group of paddlers that we have and the weather conditions.
Who is it aimed at?
People who love being out in their canoe but want to upskill and develop confidence & control on grade 3 rapids.
Both Matt and I have degrees in Sport Science and love coaching. We enjoy having the opportunity to work with individuals for a period of time, where we can use our knowledge and experience to really make a positive impact.
This is a booking for the coaching throughout the weekend.
Equipment, transport, parking and personal insurance is not included. Canoes can be hired if arranged in advance.
Minimum group size is 4 people, maximum 8.
